Terms and Conditions

1.  Students are required to make the full payment for the Coaching Fee before the start of the session.

2.  Payment can be made by cash, PayNow to 200801533GUOB or cheque issued to Y2ARTS Pte Ltd

3.  All Fees paid are not refundable.

4.  There will be no make-up sessions and no pro-rated payments for unattended sessions. Please strictly adhere to coaching schedule provided.

Regular Classes

Validity Period:

All Lessons have a validity period, including public holidays and sick leave. The validity period are as follows:
4 sessions package – 4 weeks validity.

All classes are considered expired once validity has passed. No extension is given. Outstanding session/s can be brought over to the new package (another timing) once payment is made but no extension of validity.

Notify the studio 24 hours in advance (Email: contemporaryartcoaching@gmail.com or WhatsApp: 6336 8683) for absences with valid proof; failure may mark the class as completed.

Make-up session:

Make-up session can be arranged from within the term’s dates subject to valid reason/s.:

• Illness
• Overseas holidays

We offer a few options for a make-up session. The make-up session must be made known to the coach/studio manager and there must be seats available. Replacement sessions MUST be utilised within two (2) weeks from the actual lesson date, otherwise forfeited.

2 options:
Option 1. Fixed appointment for another day/date.
Option 2. Bring forward the new package when payment for the new package is made. (Please take note that all classes will need to be completed within the same validity period.)

5.  Y2ARTS Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel or postpone any session without prior notice.

6.  Please do take note that if you wish to cancel a session, kindly inform us at least 2 days before the scheduled date of the session. If you fail to do so, we will consider you present during that day and it will be deducted from your available sessions.

7.  Any damage of artworks will be considered sold at listed price in the gallery.

8. In order to improve our services, Y2ARTS Pte Ltd may revise terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
